Please join us for a reception to launch the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index on Thursday 28th June 2018.

60% of the world’s largest protein companies are failing to disclose basic management across critical risks.

That’s the key finding from the new index, the world’s first comprehensive assessment of how some of the largest global intensive livestock and fish farming companies are managing critical ESG risks facing the sector: from GHG emissions, deforestation and biodiversity to working conditions and animal welfare.

As fundamental building blocks of the global food supply chain, the companies assessed have a combined market capitalisation of $297 billion, with revenues of $299 billion. However, the majority are not displaying basic management of key risks. The Index, which brings together the risk factors and companies for the first time, is a resource for institutional investors to assess and engage with these important protein producers in their portfolios.
