Karina is responsible for ensuring that the FAIRR Initiative has a best-in-class HR strategy covering talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, organisational design and culture, and staff education and leadership development.
She works closely with the Executive Team to align the organisation’s culture and values with its ambitious strategic vision to build a dynamic global organisation. As an external HR consultant, Karina works for a variety of clients with a particular focus on financial organisations where she provides HR, training and coaching services. She has previously held global roles in private equity, real estate and pharmaceuticals.
Karina holds a BA in French and European Studies from the University of East Anglia, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and is an ACC ICF-qualified coach.
