About Us
The FAIRR Initiative holds that intensive animal production poses material risks to the global financial system and hinders sustainable development.
Our mission is to build a global network of investors who are aware of the issues linked to intensive animal production and seek to minimise the risks within the broader food system. Our organisation helps investors to exercise their influence as responsible stewards of capital while safeguarding the long-term value of their investment portfolios.
Established by the Jeremy Coller Foundation, the FAIRR Initiative is a collaborative investor network that raises awareness of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities brought about by intensive animal agriculture. FAIRR helps investors to identify and prioritise these factors through cutting-edge research, which investors can then integrate into their active stewardship and decision-making processes.
