Founder
Jeremy Coller is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Coller Capital, a leading secondary private equity business, which he founded in 1990. It currently manages $28 billion of assets under management. He is the Chair of the Jeremy Coller Foundation, which serves as his philanthropic platform.
Executive
Fiona Reynolds is an independent director and advisory board member working globally across the business and investor sectors on ESG and sustainability issues.
Alan played an integral part in launching the FAIRR Initiative in 2015 and has continued to work closely in an advisory role.
Claire Berson is an Executive Director with 20 years of global, multi-sector operational and commercial expertise working with institutional investors on ESG and sustainability issues.
Meena has joined FAIRR in October 2024 and will lead our fundraising efforts and develop our monitoring and evaluation (impact evaluation) frameworks to support our continued growth.
Research & Engagements
Erika leads the ESG Data and Research team and has oversight of FAIRR’s work in quantitative research and analytical tools.
Jo leads the Thematic Research and Corporate Innovation team and has oversight of FAIRR’s technical research and engagement efforts.
With extensive experience in Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance, Natasha joined FAIRR in August 2024 as Interim Director for Thematic Research and Corporate Innovation.
Simi joined FAIRR as Climate Economist in 2021 and serves as FAIRR’s primary expert on climate risk. She leads research and data analysis of the financial impacts of climate change on the private sector.
Emma leads the collaborative investor engagements on Sustainable Proteins and Animal Pharma.
Sajeev joined FAIRR in 2023 as the Senior Technical Specialist across the Climate and Biodiversity workstreams. He supports investor members and agri-business to assess financial risks and opportunities for net-zero and nature-positive transitions.
Thalia manages the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index, a ground-breaking benchmark of 60 of the world’s largest protein producers.
Cristina joined FAIRR in 2020 where she is the Senior Research and Engagement Manager leading the Social Risk workstream and supporting Climate work. Her work focuses on developing FAIRR’s services to support investor members and companies address existing social risk in agri-food supply chains, and to understand risks and capitalise on opportunities in the just transition to a socially and environmentally sustainable food sector.
Max is the Senior Manager of Research & Engagements leading FAIRR’s Biodiversity and Oceans workstream since joining the organisation in 2021. He focuses on helping investors better assess the materiality of nature-related risks and opportunities, and on leading collaborative engagements with companies.
As an experienced project manager, Marné manages the delivery of the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index, focusing on process, people, and stakeholder management.
María joined FAIRR in 2019 as a lead analyst on the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index. After three years of experience, María is now working to engage companies and support investors to manage biodiversity and nature-related risks.
Kiyomi joined FAIRR in 2023 as a Senior Analyst within the Index team, with the primary focus on overseeing the processes to deliver the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index and identifying areas of research.
Laure joined in 2023 as a Senior ESG Analyst in the Research & Engagements team, focusing on the Biodiversity and Oceans workstream. She currently manages two investor engagements related to Seafood Traceability and Sustainable Aquaculture.
Anna joined FAIRR in November 2023 as the Senior ESG Analyst in the Research & Engagements team focusing on the Antibiotics and Health workstreams. Her work on the Animal Pharmaceutical and Restaurant Antibiotics engagements supports investor members and corporates to understand the risks associated with the overuse of antibiotics in intensive animal agriculture and drive positive change at key stages of the animal protein supply chain.
Changtong joined FAIRR in July 2023 as the China Specialist. His work focuses on engaging with the Chinese companies in the Index and collaborating with FAIRR’s key stakeholders in China, including investors, NGOs, academics etc.
Dana joined FAIRR’s Protein Diversification Engagement team as a Senior ESG Analyst in 2024, building upon her previous experience leveraging this theme from a public policy angle since joining the organisation in 2022. Her work focuses on engaging companies to diversify their protein portfolios in line with climate and nutrition goals.
Keenya joined FAIRR in 2023. She is a Senior ESG Analyst in the Research & Engagements team focusing on the Antibiotics and Health workstreams. Her work on Animal Pharmaceutical and Restaurant Antibiotics engagements supports investor members and corporates to understand the risks associated with the overuse of antibiotics in intensive animal agriculture and promote a more sustainable animal protein supply chain.
Joseph joined FAIRR in April 2022 as an ESG Analyst working within the FAIRR’s Oceans & Biodiversity Research and Engagements team. In April 2023, he moved to his current role working as an analyst within FAIRR’s Protein Producer Index. His current work focuses assessing and benchmarking companies against FAIRR’s Index methodology, with a focus on Deforestation, Waste and Pollution and companies in the Aquaculture sector.
Harry joined the FAIRR initiative in May 2022 as an ESG Analyst Intern working within the Protein Producer Index Team.
Fiona works within the Research and Engagements team, focusing on a benchmark of the largest retailers, QSRs and food manufacturers and the ESG issues arising from their use of animal proteins.
Weiming joined FAIRR in 2023 as an ESG Analyst (Climate), working on the Coller FAIRR Climate Risk Tool. Her work focuses on data analysis and data visualisation of climate-related research, generating insights and digital transformation of the model.
Cristian joined FAIRR in June 2023 as an ESG Analyst, bringing a specialized focus to Antibiotics Stewardship and Animal Welfare within the Index team. His efforts are pivotal in refining FAIRR's evaluation methodologies, enhancing the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index, and empowering investors with crucial insights for sustainable investment decisions.
Matthew joined FAIRR in 2023 and is an ESG analyst working on the Protein Diversification engagement and Climate workstream. His work explores how displacing the sale of animal protein with plant-based proteins and implementing nature-based solutions in agricultural production can support the food system meet climate and nature targets.
Owen joined FAIRR in 2023 as an intern within the Biodiversity team. Following this, he transitioned into a permanent role working on Food Technology & Alternative Protein. His work focusses on developing FAIRR’s proprietary research and data on alternative protein start-ups to drive better engagement and investor outcomes in the food and agriculture sector.
Joseph joined FAIRR in 2023 as an ESG Analyst Intern working on the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index. He now works in the Research & Engagement team, focusing on the Working Conditions engagement and developing FAIRR’s Social Risk theme.
Ridwaan joined FAIRR in August 2024 as an ESG Analyst within the Research and Engagements team, focusing on Biodiversity and Just Transition.
Emily joined FAIRR in 2024 as an ESG Analyst Intern on the Research & Engagement team within the Biodiversity workstream. Her work focuses on supporting the Waste & Pollution and Aquaculture engagements.
Patrick joined FAIRR in 2024 as an ESG Analyst Intern in the Research and Engagements team working on the Climate workstream. His research focuses on the potential for nature-based solutions in agricultural production to meet climate and nature targets.
Declan joined FAIRR in 2024 as an ESG Analyst Intern in the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index team, focusing on the renewal of the Index methodology and working on the Food Safety risk factor.
Policy
Dr Helena Wright joined FAIRR in 2021 as the Policy Director. She leads on engagement with governments, investors, regulators and industry bodies, to co-develop policy solutions to tackle the challenges and opportunities associated with intensive animal agriculture.
Dr Lucrezia Tincani joined the FAIRR Initiative in 2023, as the Head of Policy Programmes. She engages with governments, investors, regulators and industry bodies to co-develop policy solutions for building a more sustainable global food system.
Megan serves on a consultancy basis as FAIRR’s Senior Policy Advisor. She provides strategic input and analysis to FAIRR on both US policy and on geopolitical issues.
Dr Ould-Dada has 27 years' international experience working with the United Nations and the governments of United Kingdom and France in high profile policy areas including climate change, food security, energy security, and sustainable development.
Greta joined FAIRR in 2023 as a Senior Policy Officer leading the biodiversity, sustainable finance and health policy workstreams. Her work focuses on developing FAIRR’s services to support investor members and corporates to understand risks and capitalise on opportunities to meet climate and nature goals.
Manon joined FAIRR in 2024 as a Policy Officer working on a range of ESG topics within the policy team. She focuses on global outreach related to climate and biodiversity COPs, while also supporting FAIRR’s investor members by helping them understand the risks and opportunities involved in transforming the global food system to achieve climate and nature goals.
Investor Outreach & Member Services
Sofía joined the FAIRR Initiative in April 2021. As Head of the Investor Outreach team at FAIRR, she is responsible for the development and implementation of a global investor outreach strategy to strengthen and expand FAIRR's investor network
Sofía De La Parra is an Investor Outreach Manager at the FAIRR Initiative. She is responsible for strengthening and expanding FAIRR’s investor network.
Isobel supports the Outreach team in strengthening and expanding FAIRR's global investor network.
Marketing & Communications
Gary Mitcalfe is the Director of Communications and Marketing at the FAIRR Initiative, where he focuses on the efficient multi-channel communication of the investment risks and opportunities surrounding intensive animal agriculture.
Jasmin Leitner joined FAIRR in September 2024, as our new Head of Editorial and Content Production. Jasmin will play a key role in working with FAIRR’s Research and Engagements teams to develop engaging content for our investor members and prospects.
Patrick joined FAIRR in June 2024 as Senior Communications Manager. He plays a key role in developing and executing external communication strategies and PR campaigns to enhance the profile and reputation of FAIRR’s research, engagement, and events.
Lisa joined FAIRR as Marketing Manager, working alongside the Communications Manager and wider team to drive FAIRR’s brand awareness and global presence.
Gaia joined FAIRR in August 2024 as Events Manager, within the Marketing and Communications department.
Natalia has joined FAIRR as the CRM Data Steward looking after the Salesforce system and its customisation.
Kate joined FAIRR in 2021 as a Communications Graduate. Her role primarily involves providing design support, encompassing the creation of designed assets and management of the design process for FAIRR-branded collateral. Additionally, Kate leads video content creation and ensures a cohesive brand presence across social media platforms.
Purva joined FAIRR in 2022 as the Marketing & Communications Analyst to support in various projects. She is responsible for the Direct marketing of FAIRR and also manages the website, SEO and reporting on Google Analytics.

Karen is responsible for ensuring that the FAIRR Initiative has a best-in-class approach to people management.
