Karen is responsible for ensuring that the FAIRR Initiative has a best-in-class approach to people management, with a HR strategy and plan that supports the development of the culture underpinned by activities such as talent acquisition; talent development and performance; equality, diversity and inclusion; employee well-being; organisational design; reward and benefits and employee engagement. She works with the executive team to align the people strategy with the organisation’s ambitious growth plans.
Karen has previously held several senior HR roles in the financial services sector, most recently as Head of People & Culture. She holds a BSc Hons in Food Science from the University of Leeds and an MA in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University. She is a qualified coach, having recently obtained a distinction in a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. She is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
