Baira Ragulan joined FAIRR as Senior Research & Operations Manager, supporting the delivery of FAIRR's research programme and operational priorities with a particular focus on FAIRR’s flagship benchmark research.

As Senior Research & Operations Manager at FAIRR, Baira manages the Research Analysts within the Research and Data team and is also responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of FAIRR's research. She supports cross-functional collaboration, operational effectiveness and programme management, helping research initiatives progress from development through to publication and investor engagement.
Her role combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational management, including coordinating research pipelines, supporting project governance, improving internal processes, and enabling collaboration across research, policy, communications and outreach teams. She works closely with colleagues to ensure research outputs are delivered efficiently and align with FAIRR's strategic priorities and engagement objectives.
Experience
Prior to joining FAIRR, Baira has over 12 years of experience working across asset management and technology companies and held product management and strategy roles focusing on ESG and sustainability solutions. She has helped shape new fund launches and has developed ESG data products for investors, corporates and suppliers. Her expertise lies in creating and launching new products, cross-functional delivery and improving operational performance.
