Dana’s academic training and previous experience engaging with high-level policymakers, philanthropic funders and start-up companies on protein diversification leads well to her new corporate engagement role at FAIRR on this topic. Dana leads the delivery of and supports quantitative and qualitative analysis for the Protein Diversification engagement. This investor-backed engagement encourages large food manufacturers and retailers to diversify their protein portfolios in line with climate and nutrition goals as a key opportunity factor to mitigate material risks. Given her subject-matter expertise and policy experience, Dana also continues to collaborate with FAIRR’s research and policy teams as a subject-matter expert on alternative proteins.
