Gracie joined FAIRR in April 2026 as a People & Culture Officer. She supports the delivery of core people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, while contributing to data-led reporting and process improvements to support FAIRR’s organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Working at FAIRR

Gracie is part of FAIRR’s People & Culture team, where she supports the delivery of a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the organisation. Her role spans the full employee lifecycle, including people operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR data and reporting.

She is responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR systems and data, producing insights to inform decision-making, and improving processes to drive efficiency and accuracy. Gracie also supports recruitment activity across the full hiring lifecycle, from coordinating interviews and assessing candidates to onboarding new joiners. In addition, she contributes to learning and development initiatives and supports wider team projects aligned with organisational priorities.

Through her work, Gracie helps ensure FAIRR’s people processes are delivered effectively, consistently, and in a way that supports both organisational goals and a positive employee experience.

Experience

Gracie has experience working across public and private sector organisations in both the UK and Australia. Her background includes strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and HR strategy, alongside operational HR delivery.

She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and has experience working with HR systems and data, supporting reporting, process improvement, and the effective delivery of people and culture initiatives.
