Team:
Research & Engagements

Joseph joined FAIRR in 2023 as an Intern working on the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index. He now works as a Senior Analyst in the Research & Engagement team, focusing on FAIRR’s Social Risk theme.

Working at FAIRR

As part of the Research & Engagement team, Joseph focuses on addressing pressing social risks in industrial animal agriculture through thematic research, in-depth assessments of companies’ labour management, developing FAIRR’s assessment frameworks, and coordinating collaborative engagements.

Recent examples of Joseph’s work include developing the methodology to assess the Social Risk Theme of the Coller FAIRR Seafood Index, a tool to help investors and other stakeholders better understand the material risks and opportunities in the seafood and aquaculture industries. Joseph also helped create FAIRR’s Supply Chain Analysis tool and produced an insight piece to showcase how investors can use the tool to better understand material risks in protein supply chains.

Past projects Joseph has worked on include the 2023/24 and 2024/25 iterations of the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index and Phase 3 of the Working Conditions Engagement.
