People & Culture

Tania joined FAIRR in 2023 and currently works as a People & Culture Officer, supporting people operations and recruitment across FAIRR and the Jeremy Coller Foundation. She contributes to the delivery of efficient, inclusive, and employee-focused people practices, helping to support organisational effectiveness, positive employee experiences, and the continued growth of the organisation.

Working at FAIRR

As a People & Culture Officer at FAIRR and the Jeremy Coller Foundation, Tania supports the delivery of effective people operations and employee lifecycle processes across the organisation. Her role spans recruitment, HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems management, policy implementation, and operational support, with a strong focus on employee experience, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Tania partners closely with hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity, including role calibration, CV shortlisting, telephone screening, interview scheduling, assessment coordination, and offer management. She helps ensure recruitment processes are structured, inclusive, and aligned with organisational priorities, contributing to a positive candidate experience and informed hiring decisions. She also supports onboarding processes, employment checks, and induction activity to help new employees transition successfully into the organisation.

Alongside recruitment and people operations, Tania supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, helping to ensure employee records, reporting, and documentation are managed accurately and in line with organisational and compliance requirements. Working closely with the wider People & Culture team, she contributes to process optimisation, HR administration, and the delivery of scalable operational practices that support FAIRR’s continued growth.

Tania also provides operational support across internal coordination and employee engagement activities, helping to foster a collaborative, professional, and inclusive working environment aligned with FAIRR’s values and strategic objectives.

Experience

Tania has more than seven years of experience in Human Resources and people operations across non-profit and SME environments. She holds a degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification, providing both a strong academic foundation and practical expertise in people practice.

Prior to joining FAIRR, Tania worked in an Office and HR Administrator role with responsibility for recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, learning and development coordination, and HR compliance. Her experience managing operational processes, employee support, and HR administration continues to shape her organised, proactive, and employee-focused approach to People & Culture.
