Tia joined FAIRR in 2026 as an Events Officer within the Marketing and Communications team. She supports the coordination and delivery of FAIRR’s events programme, helping to ensure smooth operations and effective engagement across FAIRR’s investor, research and policy activities.

At FAIRR, Tia supports the planning and delivery of in‑person and virtual events, working alongside colleagues across the organisation to ensure events run smoothly and support FAIRR’s wider research, engagement and communications objectives.
Experience
Prior to joining FAIRR, Tia worked in operations roles within creative agencies, where her background included improving internal processes, supporting day‑to‑day operations and coordinating events within the brand activation space.
