Working at FAIRR
At FAIRR, Anyi supports the China Team as an ESG Analyst Intern, focusing on corporate engagement with leading dairy companies and contributing to the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index. Her responsibilities include refining methodologies and KPIs, and benchmarking company performance on issues such as GHG emissions and deforestation risk, aligned with global frameworks including CDP and SBTi. She also conducts data collection and verification, prepares investor briefings and project reports, and supports sign-on processes to strengthen collaborative investor engagement. In addition, she tracks policy and regulatory trends in the food and agriculture sector and liaises with corporate sustainability teams to enhance transparency and drive sustainable practices.
Experience
Anyi completed her MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment at UCL in September 2025, specialising in energy transition modelling and climate finance. Her previous experience includes ESG analysis at EY, sustainable urban mobility research at Tsinghua University, and consulting projects on carbon footprint reduction and sustainable investment. These experiences gave her a solid foundation in quantitative analysis and modelling, combined with applied skills in policy evaluation, ESG benchmarking, and sustainability reporting.
