Carole joined the FAIRR Initiative in 2026. As Senior Manager, she leads investor outreach across EMEA, with a focus on strengthening collaboration with investor members and expanding the network.
Working at FAIRR
Carole leads investor engagement across some of the key European markets, shaping FAIRR’s value proposition to meet evolving investor priorities, strengthening long-term relationships, and elevating FAIRR’s profile through thought leadership, representation at industry events, as well as public speaking and media engagement. She aims to work with members’ Sustainability and Stewardship teams to translate thematic research into financially material insights.
Experience
Carole brings 10+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Asset & Wealth management and Sustainability. Carole holds an MSc in Management from emlyon business school as well as the CFA’s Sustainable Investing Certificate and Certificate in Climate and Investing. She has worked on global strategy and implementation projects across Europe, America and Asia and is fluent in English and French.
