Flora joined FAIRR in December 2025 as a Senior Analyst in the Research & Engagement team, focusing on the AMR workstream. Working at FAIRR

At FAIRR, Flora serves as a Senior Analyst within the AMR workstream of the Thematic Research & Engagement team. Her role centres on delivering robust research and data analysis on antimicrobial resistance and its intersections with nature, climate, and One Health. Flora contributes to AMR-related policy engagements, supports the operational management of FAIRR’s company and investor engagements, and develops written content, including assessments, reports, and policy responses. She also helps coordinate the Investor Action on AMR Initiative, working closely with investor members to build their understanding of AMR-related risks and opportunities across the livestock and broader food sectors. Through collaboration with colleagues across FAIRR, she supports the development of high-quality research outputs and engagement materials that underpin FAIRR’s efforts to drive systemic change in the global food system.
