
Neha joined the FAIRR Initiative in January 2025 and currently serves as Executive Assistant and Office Manager. In her role, she supports the Executive Committee and the wider team by managing operations, coordinating meetings and events, and streamlining processes to ensure an efficient and collaborative work environment.
Working at FAIRR
At FAIRR, Neha plays a central role in ensuring the smooth running of organisational operations and supporting the leadership team’s strategic priorities. As Executive Assistant and Office Manager, she manages day-to-day office administration, facilities, and budgeting processes, while also coordinating high-level meetings and travel for the Executive Committee. Neha prepares reports, briefing packs, and presentations to support leadership discussions and decision-making. She also leads the planning and delivery of internal events, including staff socials and leadership workshops, fostering FAIRR’s collaborative culture.
Experience
Before joining FAIRR, Neha worked in the non-profit and higher education sectors, where she developed strong skills in project management, accessibility advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Neha holds an MSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
