Ekaterina joined the FAIRR Initiative in October 2021 as a Communications Graduate. She supports the marketing and communications strategy through news tracking, multi-channel reporting, content creation, and social media management.
She holds a BA in Management and French from King’s College London and an MSc in Development Administration and Planning from UCL. During her master’s, she investigated the link between responsible business practices and development in the Global South, researching working conditions across tea plantations in Kenya. She has previous work experience in communications at Amnesty International, as well as experience working on a research project examining urban agriculture as a means to enhance sustainable food systems in Kampala, Uganda.
