Siân joined the FAIRR Initiative in November 2020. She works within the Research and Engagements team, focusing on both the Working Conditions and Sustainable Proteins engagements.
She holds a BA in English and Comparative Literary Studies from the University of Warwick and an MA in Human Rights from UCL, during which she conducted research on labour rights violations in garment supply chains. She brings experience from working for human rights NGOs and is passionate about addressing the sustainability and rights risks present throughout many global food supply chains.
