Claire Berson joined FAIRR in 2024 as Executive Director. In this leadership role, Claire draws on her extensive experience and passion for sustainable investing. She will be responsible for driving forward the FAIRR vision, leading the FAIRR team to deliver high quality research, tools, and engagements for the benefit of its more than 400 investor members.

Claire Berson is the former Executive Director of the Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI), a global green finance network, where she also held the position of Client Services Director. Claire's expertise spans sustainability, strategic and team leadership, stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and business development.
