Megan joined the FAIRR Initiative in May 2023 as an ESG Analyst for the Research & Engagements team and is currently focused on AMR in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.

Prior to joining FAIRR, Megan completed internships with FoodCloud, a social enterprise tackling food waste, Teagasc, the Irish state agency providing research and advisory in agriculture and rural development, and as a consultant with Deloitte. Megan is passionate about food sustainability and food security. She holds an International BA in Economics from University College Dublin, and an MSc in Global Challenges for Sustainability from CHARM-EU, a European University alliance of Trinity College Dublin, University of Barcelona, Utrecht University, Eötvös Loránd University and University of Montpellier.
